HOW TO CLEAR CACHE

Using a PC with Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer:

Step 1:  After web browser is open, press Control + Shift + Delete to bring up History menu

Step 2:  Check all boxes

Step 3:  Click on “Clear Now” button (in Firefox)

             Click on “Clear Browsing Data” button (in Chrome)

             Click on “Delete” button (in Internet Explorer)

Using a Mac with Safari:

Step 1:  Once your browser is open, click the Safari menu and select “Empty Cache” OR "Clear History and Website Data..."

Step 2:  Click “Empty” OR "Clear History"

Using an iPhone or iPad:

Step 1:  Select the Settings App from the Home page

Step 2:  Scroll down until you see Safari;  select it to bring up the Options page

Step 3:  Select “Clear Cookies and Data”  OR "Clear History and Website Data" and select it again when the pop up comes up
